The Serving Library Annual 2025/26
This issue comprises a lengthy, single-bulletin conversation between Angie Keefer and Bhargav Sri Prakash titled “Neurocarrots.”
Angie is an artist, writer, teacher, and publisher, and one of the founders of The Serving Library. Bhargav is an engineer, entrepreneur, and a collaborator in Carnegie Mellon University’s Digital Vaccine Project. His company developed Fooya!, a non-invasive, low-risk and clinically-proven digital vaccine technology delivered through a commercially available, subscription driven, game-like, mobile app, designed to influence children’s health-related behavior.
Their discussion departs from the concept and development of the AI-based Digital Vaccine, moves on to consider some related aspects in Humanities education, and concludes by dragging a dubious third voice into the mix. This is followed by the complete official patent for the Digital Vaccine.
